About Us

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the legal community was left helpless when many of the area's court run services were devastated by the disaster. I returned to New Orleans in an effort to fill that void.

My name is Liande Wainie, and as a former employee of the area's original court run service for 13 years prior to Katrina, I served as a courier and in house CDC, 24th, and Orleans Notarial court runner and now run my own service. I have acquired the experience necessary to effectively assist you with all your filing and delivery needs.

I also offer process serving and specialize in using creative means to obtain service on those who do their best to avoid it.
